Meri Williams (Team Leader at Procter & Gamble) has posted an article over at the 24ways.com blog about the ins and outs of project management. The article has some great tips and draws its observations from cooking a turkey dinner for Christmas and all the relationships you have to manage to pull it off and make the fam happy. It is definitely worth the read for anyone interested, remotely interested, or wanting to be interested in PM’ing. I ran across the blog a few weeks back and am currently loving it! The design is great, the content is awesome and it takes a fresh approach to deliver its content. Here is a little snippet from the article to wet your appetite.
